Return Policy

The following return policy applies to all orders completed through this site.

Because most of our products are intended for a one-time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.

We must be notified within 2 business days of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise.

All returned items are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any merchandise returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned merchandise. A copy of the invoice or the shipping document must accompany all returned merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and in the original condition. All refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to inbound and outbound freight and terms, if applicable, will be changed to prepay-credit card.
